Les Mills Experience London – I’m Ready for Round Two

The countdown is on. Les Mills Experience is coming to London on 7 June, and I can already feel the energy building, even before tickets drop soon. After my first ever Les Mills event in Bournemouth last September, there was no question in my mind — I had to go again.

That day in Bournemouth completely blew me away. We did Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Balance, and each session brought something unique to the floor. Body Combat 100 was a real standout moment for me, especially with Dan Cohen leading it (the original Body Combat master). The energy in the room was unreal. Being part of a massive crowd moving in sync to the music, pushing limits, and sharing that sense of drive and focus — it was one of the most uplifting fitness experiences I have ever had. And meeting Dan and the other instructors added an extra buzz. These are the people who’ve inspired us from screens and studios, and there they were, in front of us, leading with passion and purpose.

There is something special about training in that kind of environment. The sound, the sweat, the people, it all hits different. This is not just about workouts. It is about community. It is about connection. It is about reminding yourself why you fell in love with fitness in the first place.

So with London around the corner, I am counting down the weeks. Body Combat 103 is part of the line-up, and I am already fired up just thinking about it. I have not booked my spot yet (tickets go live in May) but I will be ready the moment they are available. I am hoping London delivers that same electric atmosphere, and then some. And beyond the sessions themselves, I am looking forward to reconnecting with like minded enthusiasts. People who show up with that same drive, that same joy for movement, that same appreciation for what Les Mills brings to our lives.

If Bournemouth taught me anything, it is that these experiences stay with you long after the day ends. They remind you what your body is capable of. They boost your mindset. They reset your focus. So London, I am coming for you. Let’s go again.
